Processing Time
Wholesale orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is offered at the following rates:

• Standard Shipping: $15 flat rate on orders under $299
• Complimentary Shipping: Available on all orders of $299 and over

Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier conditions or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to follow your delivery in transit.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and let us know what the issue is. Kindly include clear photos so we can review and assist you promptly.

If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the matter.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Bliss Veils is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
